We run 22 aircraft across three ramp locations and our dispatch reliability is 96.4% — meaning when a cadet is scheduled, the airplane flies. Every Cessna 172 in our primary fleet was purchased new within the last four years. Our twin-engine program operates two Piper Seminoles and a Beechcraft Baron, so students building multi-engine time aren't sharing a 1987 airframe with cracked avionics. Fleet quality is a direct input to training quality. We don't compromise on either.

For our current airline partners, that's meant designing custom Stage Check profiles that mirror their own SOP cadence, so by the time a graduate reaches initial training the CRM vocabulary is already native.
