"The airlines need 30,000 new pilots by 2032. The question isn't whether your organization will train them — it's who you'll trust to build the syllabus."

We track every checkride from first attempt to certificate issue. Our 91% first-attempt pass rate on the Instrument Rating isn't a marketing figure — it comes from a syllabus that front-loads decision-making under actual IMC before any student touches a simulator. When a regional airline asks me why our graduates transition faster, I tell them: we don't teach procedures, we build judgment. The checkride is just the final confirmation.

We run 22 aircraft across three ramp locations and our dispatch reliability is 96.4% — meaning when a cadet is scheduled, the airplane flies. Every Cessna 172 in our primary fleet was purchased new within the last four years. Our twin-engine program operates two Piper Seminoles and a Beechcraft Baron, so students building multi-engine time aren't sharing a 1987 airframe with cracked avionics. Fleet quality is a direct input to training quality. We don't compromise on either.
Fleet Capability & Operating Costs
The aircraft your cadets fly, the reliability of the schedule they fly it on, and the per-hour economics that determine whether a pipeline partnership makes financial sense.

| Average Primary Fleet Age | 3.2 years | 11.7 years |
| Dual Instruction Rate ($/hr, all-in) | $198 | $224 |

A cadet pipeline is only as strong as the school's ability to deliver on a schedule. We have never missed a partner graduation date.

Every partnership agreement we sign starts with the same question: what does your type-rating program need from a cadet the day they walk in the door? We build backwards from there. For our current airline partners, that's meant designing custom Stage Check profiles that mirror their own SOP cadence, so by the time a graduate reaches initial training the CRM vocabulary is already native. Custom curriculum isn't a premium add-on for us — it's the only way we know how to operate.
